Our client is a leading provider of commercial refurbishment and building maintenance services, specialising in the aged care, retail, private school, and local council sectors. With operations spanning across NSW, QLD, and VIC, with a main office nestled in the idyllic setting of Byron Bay.

**The Opportunity - Supervisor**:
As the Supervisor, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and oversee multiple projects ranging from $25k up to million-dollar projects all in line with your experience and capabilities.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring project compliance and meeting the high standards that their clients expect.

**The Ideal Applicant**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience Supervising, including estimating, quoting, and timeline scheduling, with a focus on projects ranging from $25k up to million-dollar projects.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Trade qualified in carpentry, ideally holding a building qualification, with proficiency in reading plans and inspecting work.
- Tech-savvy with a keen eye for detail. - Microsoft Office skills
- Opportunity for career progression within the company, potentially leading to larger projects.
- Police check clearance will be required for age-care facility projects.
