**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Judge / Photo Finish Operator to join our team for Harness race meetings and trials in WA. The role involves setting up photo finish equipment, analyzing digital photos, and accurately determining results. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording times and margins into computer systems promptly. If you have the expertise for this critical role, we want to hear from you

**_ Duties will include:_**
- In accordance with the Australian Harness Rules of Racing determine the placing of the first five horses in each race and immediately semaphore this result in each race
- Check the colours and saddlecloth numbers of each runner in each race to ensure all horses are correctly identified and to help ensure accuracy in determining the result
- Collaborate and liaise with external and internal stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Intelligence team and research provider to ensure relevant customer insights are established and shared.
- Facilitate information to ensure advertising agency and media partners understand our business, customers, strategy and objectives.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- Extensive experience in a similar type role involving judging
- Strong knowledge of Rules of Racing
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the racing and wagering industry
- Well-developed communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and control workflow of tasks in a short timeframe
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Basic computer literacy skills - Microsoft Office / Windows environment
- Completion of Year 10
