**The Opportunity**

In this position you will provide a range of high-level administrative and coordination services to support MSDI’s graduate research programs. Your focus will be on activities such as:

- Acting as a first point of contact for prospective students
- Coordinating graduate research milestones
- Providing advice and guidance on policies
- Producing reporting to aid post-award management of grants
- Supporting training activities for staff and students

Adding further variety to your role, you will also support the continual improvement of processes and systems, best enabling the Graduate Research programs and staff within MSDI to achieve their core mission and goals.

With your strong background in administration and experience supporting operational processes and systems, you will utilise your high-quality coordination skills and analytical approach to achieve the core outcomes of this role.

Your excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service will help you to build positive relationships with your key stakeholders, whilst your strengths with databases and student administration software, such as Callista, will enhance your success in this position
