genU are looking for a self-motivated, technically minded individual to support our growing organisation

This role is pivotal in implementing and maintaining the ICT standard operating environment for genU.

**_ This is a Full-Time, Ongoing position, based in Geelong, VIC._**

**About You?**:
Our ideal **ICT Security Officer **must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience with implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures;
- Strong understanding of security threats, including vulnerabilities and malware, and mitigation techniques.
- Familiarity with server hardware and virtualization platforms;
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange administration.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Exchange.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users;
- Efficient time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong documentation and organizational skills;
- Understanding of ITIL principles.

**You will also need the following**:

- Tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience in a relevant field;
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain;
