**About the Role**
Reporting to the Senior Manager People Systems, Insights and Payroll this 2-year fixed term opportunity will see you lead all stages of the implementing a HRIS system including; requirements gathering, solution scoping, vendor RFP and selection, design build, configuration, data migration and implementation of HRIS modules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading the project team to deliver the functional development and implementation of the new HRIS system
- Accountable for all stages of implementing a HRIS including; requirements gathering, solution scoping, design, build, configuration, data migration and implementation of HRIS products/systems, Proven success in project management and process improvement
- Oversee all data management activities including extracting and cleaning, data transformation and migration
- Partner effectively with IT, Payroll, HR, Change Management, Project and Training teams as well as external vendors

**About You**
- Proven Project Management experience or in a similar role, implementing a HRIS system.
- Excellent knowledge of HR System(s) and an understanding of technical integration
- Project Management qualifications highly regarded (e.g., Agile, Prince2, Lean)
- Pragmatic and positive with the ability to balance and achieve systems, commercial/business, and people outcomes.
- Excellent Stakeholder management to build strategic relationships across the organisation.
