**OUR CLIENT**
National, tier 2 Civil Contractor specialising in bulk earthworks, subdivisions, roads, bridges and infrastructures. Due to natural growth, they are seeking a Recruitment Advisor on a contract basis to assist with their recruitment and onboarding.

**THE ROLE**
- 3-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to extend
- Office based in Penrith
- Hybrid working arrangements
- Flexible hourly rates
- Immediate Start

Providing end-to-end recruitment for blue and white collar positions, you will be responsible for:

- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Assist the transition into a new software; Scout Talent - adding in templates of various job descriptions

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in blue** OR** white collar end-to-end recruitment
- Knowledge of the civil construction industry
- Friendly attitude
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
