Commercial Analyst

**Job Description**:
This role is based in our Brisbane office in Eight Mile Plains. Monday to Friday 38hrs per week with flexible work arrangements.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Support business improvement strategies through review and analyse of key business and commercial data.
- Support with coordination, review and analysis of budgets, forecasts and actual results.
- Preparation of deeply informed performance commentary across periodic reporting.
- Examine existing systems and business models, analyse business requirements and recommend improvements.
- Assist with development business cases for to ensure that business proposals, funds, facilities and guarantees, etc. are obtained in compliance with Group procedures.
- Manage national retail pricing analysis including 6-monthly reviews across complex client requirements.

**To be successful, you’ll need**:

- Commerce / Accounting degree or similar experience in industry.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in commercial / accounting or similar type roles within private enterprise
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
- Ability to influence teams with a constant dedication to understand, question and improve the business outcomes
- Microsoft SQL Server Analysis and Reporting (SSRS) (intermediate)
