**Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)**

**Salary Range $54,517- 75,432**

We are seeking two qualified and passionate Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. We have two permanent position available one in our 3yo Kindergarten at Tinkabell Early learning Centre in Mitcham and one in our 4yo kindergarten at Minikins Kindergarten & Childcare Centre in East Doncaster.

Our vision is to sustain our culture of continuous learning for both children and our team of educators. As a qualified early childhood teacher, you would be pivotal in supporting this culture. These roles are permanent full time 38 hours per week, with flexible working conditions.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved.
- Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework inclusive of regulatory requirements, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- An ability to plan, implement and evaluate a developmentally appropriate play-based program for children.
- An ability to work in a team environment.
- Current approved First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and Mandatory Reporting training
- Current VIT (Early Childhood) and Police check

**Additional Requirements**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate positively and openly with children and families.
- Able to create a positive and appropriate play-based learning environment to foster and support children's learning and development.
- Able to complete observation and evaluation of children's development.

Mentor teacher support for provisional registered teachers can be provided.

**Salary**: $66,396.00 - $85,438.00 per year
