Your focus will be:

- Preparing and reviewing planning policies to support the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.3.
- Preparing scheme amendments and assessing landowner scheme amendment requests.
- Supporting the team in the preparation of Local Development Plans and planning studies.
- Preparation of formal submissions to State Government on matters affecting the city.
- Provision of professional strategic planning expertise to the Alliance and organisation.
- Assisting in the supervision of external consultants to deliver the City’s projects, on time and on budget.
