**Our Global Client** have an immediate requirement for an Administrator/Invoicing Clerk for a very well known organisation based in the CBD This is a full-time position with a start required as soon as possible for 3-4 months.

**The Position**
Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Data Entry
- Document Scanning
- Generating invoices
- Archiving invoice data
- Handling client accounts
- Managing client requests and queries
- Processing Credit and Debit Card Payments
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

**About you**
Ideally you will have previous experience and knowledge of platform Oracle system:

- Sound administrative skills with ability to process high volumes of invoices
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced organisation and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
