**About the Role**:
As our Studio Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Provide top level customer service and experience for our loyal client base.
- Work directly with our jewellers and head designer on custom bespoke pieces.
- Visual Merchandising our store.
- Manage client experience from consultation through to aftercare and follow up.
- Assist with buying collateral for our boutique.

**This role would suit someone who**:

- Is passionate with attention to detail.
- Thrives working with others in a collaborative space.
- Has previous experience in luxury brand management or fine jewellery.
