**About the role**

Reporting to the National HR Manager, and working closely with all HR staff and managers, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of customised human resource (HR) solutions to maximise organisational capability. This is a true HR generalist role covering all aspects from recruitment, coaching & mentoring to supporting the business in Enterprise Agreements negotiations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage, undertake and review the delivery of expert and customer centric HR programs, consultancy services and advice to a wide range of customers including senior leaders, managers and employees within the portfolio
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and leaders to build their capability in the effective engagement and recognition of employees, the identification and development of talent, and planning for the future people needs of their business functions
- Provide high quality advice, guidance and support in support of HRM functions and activities including resolution of grievances/complaints, the management of unsatisfactory performance and medical incapacity
- Consult with the relevant business units to implement best practice recruitment and selection processes supporting managers with job advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and pre-employment checks where required

**About you**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Business Partner to join the team in their stunning Eastwood office on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will suit a HR professional that enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative team who has a 'hands-on approach and enjoys a fast paced environment.

In addition, ideally you will be able to demonstrate:

- Degree qualifications in Human Resources or Psychology are desirable
- Demonstrated ability to develop productive working relationships with client groups
- Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information
- Sound planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- A demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and adhere to deadlines
- A focus on the provision of high-level customer service is required
- Strong attention to detail.
