Hamilton Secondary College (HSC) is an innovative years 7-12 school that is committed to continuous improvement. The Hamilton Unit is located on the HSC site and consists of one Disability Class and two Special Option classes.
- The advertised teaching position is for a teacher to work in our Disability Class in the Hamilton Unit. The Disability class consists of students ranging from years 7 -12 with multiple disabilities and who are functioning at various ability level. The Hamilton Unit is committed to inclusive education where students have access to tailored learning to meet their needs. The appropriate implementation of the Australian Curriculum along with the improvement of students' literacy and numeracy skills are a key focus in the Disability class. Collaborate planning with the two Special Options teachers is a well-established practice in the Unit. All teachers in the Hamilton Unit are committed to establishing positive working relationships with students, their families and their Unit colleagues.- Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.**Site**:
