Mobilisation Officer

**Our client is a WA success story, providing power into the mining and construction sectors throughout Western Australia since 2007. With Head Office in Wangara, our client is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Officer to join their vibrant and busy team in a full-time, permanent role.**

The role is based in the Wangara office with parking and will pay up to about $70,000 plus super, depending on experience. Normal hours of work are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Coordinating ongoing travel arrangements (flights and accommodation) for white & blue collar FIFO employees
- Coordinating end to end tasks required to facilitate smooth mobilisation and demobilisation staff
- Responding to any employee queries with regards to flights & accommodation
- Working closely with Project Managers & Supervisors
- Overseeing labour lists and requirements including updates and amendments.
- Update employee/shutdown/project information on databases
- Coordination of onboarding Inductions, training & Drug & Alcohol screenings for employees
- Available for on-call duties as required (roster system)
