Experienced Signage All-rounder

_Factory One is an established signage and design studio located on the CBD fringe offering a unique selling point: it provides both creative design and the means to create them via their integrated in-house signage production facility._
- Due to the higher demand for Factory One services, we are pleased to advise that our signage division is looking for signage all-rounder & installer._

As a Signage All-Rounder you will have a dual role working in the production room and installing from time to time.

**DUTIES**:

- Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain and produce signage
- Maintain visual quality and consistency for all projects
- Follow all shop processes, maintain clean and well-kept work areas
- Work closely with the project coordinator and other team members
- Be comfortable and capable to work independently
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment
- Operating machines (cnc router and hp latex printers), manufacturing and installing, signs, light-boxes, vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics
- Follow and comply with established procedures, and adhere to safe work practices

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience as a sign maker or assistant sign maker, or equivalent with minimum of 3-4 years experience
- Previous car wrapping experience (desirable not essential)
- Proficiency in Adobe In Design, Adobe Illustrator (desirable not essential)
- Good problem solving skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior spelling skills and ability to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectful manner to fellow team members, customers and vendors
- Ability to complete all tasks in a thorough and timely manner
- Demonstrate responsibility and accountability in recognizing and accomplishing all tasks where there is a direct job responsibility
- Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of both our clients and the company
- Be trustworthy, reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Must have minimum 3-4 years experience in similar role
- Must be able to arrive on time consistently and continually
- Ability to load and unload rolls of vinyl as required
- Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat
- Have and maintain a good driving record and hold a current drivers licence
- Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
- Be a team player

**Paying conditions will be negotiated with the successful applicant in line with skills and experience.**

Immediate start if possible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
