**The Role**

In these roles you will work directly with the Project Managers assisting them in the day-to-day requirements of the project on-site as well as office duties including documentation and reporting.

In addition to working with a great team, the successful applicant will receive ongoing project exposure allowing you to further develop your technical and leadership skills. There will be an opportunity for a strong performer to progress their career and move into senior roles or onto various pipeline projects.

**Skills, Attributes and Experience**
**- Experience in civil contracting working as a Supervisor with roads, bulk and detailed earthworks exposure, subdivisions and shire work.
- Oversee site activities associated with the efficient use of plant, equipment, labour and materials
- Possess a positive and proactive approach to OH&S and instill the values of these companies from a health and safety perspective
- Ensure your crews adhere to the site protocols and ensure they have the right permits and training completed
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and focused team environment

**The Companies**

They have a solid portfolio of clients within the civil sector with a strong team culture and pipeline to projects for the coming years.

With momentum recently gaining in the WA civil and infrastructure sectors they are currently looking to expand their team with positive, driven and experienced Civil Supervisors who are passionate about leading teams and driving productivity with a strong regard for quality and safety.
