**About the Role**

As the Electrical Superintendent you are responsible for the planning and control of the work crew activities to ensure that site works are completed in accordance with safety, quality, time and profit objectives for the Project. You will have demonstrate hands on experience in an Electrical Superintendent role and enjoy working in a challenging and multi-disciplined environment. This is an integral role within the leadership team where you will direct and control maintenance activities to ensure that standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are observed and that time schedules are met. **This role will be residential to our new site in Wollongong.**

**About You**
- Embed a strong behavioural-based culture for health, safety and the environment by embracing the Company’s IIF vision of a mindset intolerant of any level, frequency or severity of incident or injury
- Review and authorise programme and completion schedule and delegate activities for the day-to-day direction of field schedule requirements;
- Establish and maintain effective communications with the Company’s representative sand field staff through discussion and direct communications, holding meetings and any arrangements required to ensure a close and good working relationship
- Completion of individual and team HSE KPls including NTS/SSE process compliance
- Ensure reports are regular and communicated to the Site Manager on all field activities, identifying any potential or existing concerns and problems that may affect project performance
- Delegate functional responsibility to craft including subcontractor for frontline HSES, Quality and Industrial Relations requirements
- Report regularly on issues and concern
- Review and ensure all filed reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner
