**THE ROLE**

The YMCA Fleurieu Aquatic Centre is seeking a qualified Group Fitness Instructors to form part of our staff team at Fleurieu Aquatic Centre, located in Hayborough. The Fleurieu Aquatic Centre opened in March 2017. The Centre includes an eight lane 25m swimming pool, a multi-use program pool, a warm water pool, crèche facility, gym and group fitness, cafe and an outdoor splash park.

The Group Fitness Instructor must possess a genuine desire to encourage and support members to achieve their health and fitness goals and is relied upon to motivate, educate and enhance each member’s group fitness experience.We are looking fpr someone to deliver high-level group fitness sessions across a 7 day timetable including early morning and evening sessions.

Group Fitness Instructors required to instruct:

- Les Mills Body Pump
- Strength for life
- Pilates
- Aqua classes

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Certificate III in Fitness or GEL (Les Mills)
- Current CPR certificate
- National Criminal History Record Check (no greater than 12 months old)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Child Safe Environments (Reporting Abuse and Neglect) certificate (or be willing to undergo this training within 3 months of commencement).
