**The Role**

As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, your duties will include general litigation duties, admin and paralegal duties comprising of diary management, in box management, drafting court documents, correspondence to clients, briefs to counsel, billings. It is also assisting with the progression of matters undertaking billable work and a range of non-billable tasks such as research and maintaining the firm's systems and procedures. This position is either 4 or 5 days a week.

**Your experience**

You will have a minimum of 1 year Litigation Paralegal or Law Clerk experience. You must also be studying a Bachelor of Laws but have at least 1,2 years to go.

**The Law Firm / Benefits / Salary**

Well established boutique law firm of 10 staff in their CBD office. Specialise in Commercial Litigation Law. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $60-70,000 + Super).
