Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.

About the opportunity
You’ll be joining a large network of survey professionals who work across our business, gaining hands on experience while being supported and mentored by industry leading professionals in an organisation that puts the development of its people at the forefront. Working on a diverse range of projects around Geelong and down the Surf Coast, this role will see you:
Operating and setting up surveying equipment
Carrying out routine maintenance and adjustments
Supporting project surveyors with setouts and subdivision surveying
Undertaking and assisting small and large scale feature surveys, moving into the role of party lead when ready
Coordinating survey control networks, monitoring surveys, machine guidance surveys, and construction set-out surveys
Gaining hands-on experience with laser scanning and UAV/drone technology

A demonstrated ability to solve problems using tools and technology
The agility to adapt to changing circumstances associated with the nature of project work and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
A team-centric approach and experience following instructions in a safety critical environment
Drivers License is essential and a diploma in surveying or similar will be highly regarded.
Civil3D & Stringer experience will be highly regarded.
Ability work away from home for short periods is desirable.
