**About the Role**
- Permanent part-time (20 hours per week)
- Flexible hours
- $29 per hour
- Immediate commencement

Motivated and self-directed person required for general gardening duties across our school campuses.

**About You**

To be considered for this role you should have:

- Genuine passion for gardening (and weeding)
- Sound knowledge of plants, turf care, trees, shrubs, etc
- Sound knowledge of and experience in use of applicable machinery: mowers, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, ride-on mowers etc
- Competency in hand tools required to perform duties
- Physical ability to carry out a range of manual handling tasks (bending, lifting)
- Understanding of, and ability to apply, Workplace Health and Safety guidelines and regulations.
- Ability to work as a team.
- A willingness to work within the School's Christian ethos and actively support the values and philosophy of the School.

- Hold and maintain a current Tasmanian Working With Vulnerable Persons check (RWVP);
- Be authorised to work in Australia;
- have a current criminal history check (dated within 3 months of issue)
- Undertake mandatory child safety training
