**Essential Criteria**
- Previous experience in administration
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized
- Advanced MS Office Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn/ pick up new skills
**Daily responsibilities (not limited to)**
- Data entry of customer orders, client information, updating contact lists
- Greeting customers and allocating to the correct avenue
- Maintaining and adhering to the company’s policies and procedures in place
- Reviewing and supplying customer orders
- Organizing and booking in meeting board rooms
