mteSA are seeking an individual wishing to continue their career in Hospitality.

**You will undertake a variety of tasks, including**:

- Preparing ingredients using contemporary food preparation and cooking presentation techniques
- Abiding by food safety standards and keeping a sanitised and safe environment in the kitchen and/or bar
- Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

You must be team-oriented and passionate about employment in the hospitality industry.

- RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Some knowledge and/or experience of various cooking procedures
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to follow all hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Very good communication skills and be very well presented
