**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a trustworthy, dependable pick packer to accurately pick and pack the correct products for our valued customer base. This role involves preparing the orders for dispatch, double checking the orders and carefully packing the transportation to ensure the customer receives their order in excellent condition and in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Pick and pack customer orders accurately, making sure all boxes are labelled correctly, counted correctly and checked correctly.

2. Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and helpful to customers if they come in store.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a delivery driver & pick packer role will be beneficial
- Ability to carry and lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks (up to 20-25kg)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift license is an added bonus and would be beneficial (increased salary offered with forklift licence)
