The Data & Decision Science (DDS) team is responsible for leading the delivery of world class data, analytics and technology capabilities to improve the financial wellbeing of our customers and communities.
- Customer Engagement Engine: _connected to all our channels and using sophisticated machine learning, this state of-the-art technology drives all of our customer contact and improves customer experience and financial wellbeing through ‘‘Next Best Conversations’’.

**Your Impact and Contribution**

As an Analyst, you will support the team in the day-to-day data validation and delivery. With guidance from the Insights Analytics Managers, you will play a key supporting role in the use of quality data to deliver on our Group’s strategic objectives - Personalised **Next Best Conversations **.

You will help the team to deliver customer-centric (product & channel agnostic) communication campaigns that delight existing customers in moments that matter.

To achieve this, you may expect to;
- Gather data from various sources such as databases and spreadsheets.
- Clean and prepare data to ensure its accuracy, completeness and consistency.
- Use data visualisation tools and techniques to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, including senior management. Work with team and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide insights that support business objectives.

**About You**

You are passionate about customers and the opportunity to build trust and customer advocacy through data-driven propositions and insights.

You work in an agile set-up with cross-functional stakeholders spanning Data and Decision Science, Channels, Technology, Product and Marketing to deliver personalised customer journeys.

You're a clear communicator and skilled problem solver, excited to contribute to contact decisioning, communications and insights that will transform how we engage with customers.
- Data Analyst experience either as a recent graduate or within a similar corporate environment
- Technical competence on SQL and/or other data wrangling tools
- Values driven and committed to delivering the best outcome for our customers
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Risk Awareness across data management, security and integrity
