We are looking for a motivated, safety conscious **Rehabilitation Planner **to plan, maintain, communicate, and track progress of near mine and remote drilling drill pad rehabilitation. This critical activity enables us to sustain our license to operate to further support the delivery of the Geoscience and Water Resource Evaluation 5-year plan technical objectives.

The scope of work you will be accountable for is challenging and diverse. Your demonstrated ability to engage, connect and positively influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels will play a critical part to the effectiveness in this role.

This exciting role enables the projects by ensuring there are appropriate land access approvals requested and in place, funding is approved, detailed project scopes delivered in a timely manner, resourcing requirements assessed & understood, data management systems updated, approved accommodation demand inputted and implementing risk mitigations strategies.

Reporting to the Senior Planner and working in a diverse team within the Resource Development Planning department, you will bring:

- Proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of project systems - scheduling and forecasting
- Demonstrated complex problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions across an operation
- Arc GIS experience advantageous
- A current manual WA Driver’s license

**Where you’ll be working**

This role is based in Perth, at our head office in Central Park, and working Monday to Friday. We want you to have a great work/life balance, so the days, hours, location of work are flexible (including working from home). You may be required to travel to the Pilbara to support our customers on an as required basis.
