As a Lead Educator, you’ll have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Lead and guide teams in implementing innovative early learning programs that reflect the latest research and best practices. Document and share the incredible learning and development journeys of children with families, connecting and enriching their experience.

Ready to take the leap? Here’s what we’re looking for in our next Lead educator at Guardian Coorparoo:

- A completed Diploma in Children’s Services (or actively working towards it)
- Prior experience in long day-care, bringing your expertise to the table
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Current Working with Children’s Check to ensure the safety and well-being of our young learners
