As a Inventory Clerk, you will reporting to the Inventory Staging Leader, this position is responsible for the day-to-day management/accuracy and receipt/issue of inventory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring raw material inventory processes and consumption at Clayton site across all production warehouses are efficient and effective.
- Receipting of materials either from factory or from external supplier into ERP system.
- Ensure cycle count checks are completed within agreed timelines, physical stock matches system stock data either through paper-based or RF scanning.
- Conduct root cause analysis of any issues experienced while material issue and receipt. Implement appropriate system/process improvements to reduce errors.
- Provide training and development for business users as required.
- Develop and monitor team’s KPI’s and report to Inventory Lead on weekly basis.
- In addition, you may be required to undertake such other duties as PPG reasonably requires from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of MRP and inventory principles and detailed knowledge of resulting systems.
- More than 3 years of inventory experience.
- Demonstrated relationship skills to ensure a coherent team approach to all activities.
- An understanding of material flow through a complex batch environment
- Excel (can perform complex functions) and Outlook
- Strong understanding and user of SAP in particular SAP - HANNA 4.
