Blacktown, Australia Evergreen Daily Supports Full time

We are offering an opportunity for the right Support Worker to work with one of our young participants in the Blacktown area. You must have a genuine care and interest for people with disability and be able to interact well with children. You will need to be patient, reliable, understanding and have a positive outlook.

Our participant has limited speech and mobility, he requires interaction and engaging activties to building capacity.

Clear English is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implementing engaging activities to build capacity
- Interacting to keep participant engaged
- Track and document an individual’s progress through detailed note keeping

**Skills & Experience**
- Current Australian Drivers Licence or ability to get to location.
- Experiance working with non verbal participants
- A genuine care and interest in supporting people with disability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the participant and his family.

Please note: Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations are required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders. Evidance will be requested.
