**Accountabilities include**:

- Coordination of executive and ministerial correspondence and briefing notes (including DocTrak, PPQs, QoNs, Estimates and Cabinet matters) in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support services by adopting modern business practices with a variety of software and document management systems.
- Provide assistance, training and induction to new and existing DocTrak and DMS system users within the division.
- Liaise and negotiate with a wide range of departmental staff ranging from officer to executive level to achieve performance standards.
- Provide support and accurate advice to divisional staff on document tracking systems and the preparation of correspondence in line with predetermined standards and protocols.
- Assist in any change management activities relating to correspondence and provide divisional support through the process.
- Interpret correspondence performance reports and statistics and raise any issues or improvement opportunities with Principal Advisor and Senior Executive Coordinator.
