Mortgage Administrator

We are looking for a Mortgage broking admin to help our clients with the Mortgage and property buying process. Our Mortgage advisers will be helping clients with understanding the Mortgage options available and making recommendations. You will be tasked with following up both clients and the lenders and dealing with ensuring that the paperwork is all completed properly. Experience in Finance or insurance is essential, and a helpful attitude. We expect that you are a responsible adult and not need constant supervision. We have a great work environment and all genuinely enjoy coming to work. the work is very satisfying and we love helping people buy their homes OR saving money by getting them a better loan. If the work is being done, our clients and advisor are happy and the clients are getting looked after, we will all be happy. You understand and believe in the value of a broker and are committed to our clients having the best experience. Whilst banking/finance and insurance backgrounds are highly desirable, someone with excellent customer service skills and having had personal exposure to the borrowing and mortgage process, may be considered.

Pay: From $34.58 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
