**Purpose**:
As a sales and marketing assistant you will support the Sales Director through mid-level administrative

and creative tasks. Your job duties include working on projects focused on optimising company revenue

and customer outreach

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Sales Director with the creation of content consistent with the brand and campaign messaging
- Compile reports from statistical and financial data sources to understand impact of Marketing output.
- Create social media content to promote the brands and company.
- Track shipments of samples and update customers
- Update and distribute materials regarding our products and promotions.
- Assist with the Sales Process
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
- Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
- Organizing market research.
- Updating social media accounts.
- Schedule meetings and arrange travel as required.
- Manage events from time to time, including communication to stakeholders and budget’s
- Manage smaller sales leads as the main contact to insure quoting, logistics and invoicing are within clients expectations.
- Perform other support tasks as needed.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly, Word Excel, PowerPoint, Cana
- Previous experience in a admin or assistant marketing role
- Good administrative tasks, including calendar management, writing marketing briefs, managing social media campaigns.
- Management of promotional materials, ensuring the company’s digital presence is high and the

information on social media platforms is accurate.
- Able to positively contribute to a dynamic team, being a flexible and adaptable team player
- Strong time management, organisational skills and initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience with all forms of social media

**Selection Criteria**:

- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with prior administrative experience is necessary.
- Previous work experience as a Marketing assistant or Sales
- Good basic math and analytical skills are beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and externally
- You must have a willingness to learn new sales techniques and creative marketing skills
- Administrative experience
- Computer proficiency
- Digital Marketing experience

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales and marketing: 2 years (preferred)
