**Part-time, entry level role within the Property industry**

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated University student to join CBRE in our Capital Markets team in Adelaide.

**The Opportunity**:

- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining data with exposure to different areas of the property industry and will work closely with the business gaining invaluable hands-on experience relevant to property qualifications.
- Prepare marketing submissions, presentations and proposals
- Research and track local sales and leasing results
- Data uploads and maintenance into company databases
- Provide support to our Research team with regular reporting and data
- Data analysis and reporting using Excel and Salesforce
- This part time role will suit a tertiary student currently studying a property related degree and looking to position themselves long term within the commercial property industry.
- We are seeking students who are in their first or second year of University

**About you**:

- A keen interest in the Commercial Property industry and currently in your first or second year of your property degree
- The ability to learn rapidly and work as part of a team
- High level customer service skills and the maturity to work in a professional environment
- Administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to extract and manipulate data
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in gaining exposure and building your knowledge of real estate and property markets
- Ability to work 2-2.5 days per week
