**About the opportunity**

Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair in achieving visually dynamic and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development. Our Op Shops allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun.

Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

**_ What’s on offer_**
- You will join a _**_highly_**_ _**_capable_**_ and _**_competent_**_ _**_team_**_ that is friendly, helpful, respectful and enjoys a good laugh from time to time._
- In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you’ll also receive _**_17.5% leave loading, 25% discount at all Uniting Op Shops_**_ and access to the full _**_$15,900 salary packaging_**_ benefits. There is also an option for additional _**_purchased_**_ _**_leave_**_ to increase your annual leave entitlements._

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, with demonstrated experience in managing retail stores. Knowledge of brands and fashion trends and ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
