**Our Team**:

- Outpatients sees around 250 thousand patients each year; the team of customer support and appointment scheduling specialists are responsible for the warm friendly welcome into hospital services and also that accurate and complete entry of data to facilitate the smooth running of this complex service.
- We are looking for a motivated and dynamic leader to support our workforce.

**Your Role**:

- In conjunction with the Team Leaders supervise and coordinate the work of the administration team, including managing leave and work rotations and ensuring priority tasks are completed within required timeframe.
- Undertake a liaison role with senior medical and professional staff on both routine and complex issues impacting on administrative matters to ensure operationally effective administrative support services are appropriate and negotiate and problem solve as required through interpretation of appropriate frameworks.
- Provide leadership in the promotion, development, integration and implementation of quality improvement strategies for the effective and efficient delivery of administrative and clerical support services.
- Prepare routine correspondence, and confidential documents to support a range of activity reports and respond to general enquiries from staff and the general public.
