The Maintenance Delivery Branch (MDB) oversees maintenance projects, encompassing planned maintenance, as well as the upkeep of hydraulic fire safety systems and shelter-in-place facilities. Additionally, it ensures that secondary school campuses are equipped with suitable facilities to accommodate mental health practitioners, aligning with the government's commitment for this program

This position will oversee a team delivering works and manage the delivery of programs, assist with business planning and continuous improvement measures. This will include:

- building positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate and communicate the successful delivery of operational programs
- communicating complex issues, options, and solutions
- providing advice to schools about operational programs and alternative support
- leading the development of program policy and guidelines
- undertake business analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
- establish processes to monitor and analyse program-wide project data
- provide branch input to corporate asset management improvement and assurance measures implementation
