- **Lara, VIC** - Pipsqueaks is a 120 place service operating between 6.30am and 6.30pm.- You will join a collaborative and supportive team who are committed and passionate about providing safe and inclusive education and care for ALL families and children in our community.- Pipsqueaks is a part of the larger genU family. _

**About You?**:
- Our ideal
- **Early Childhood Educator** will be a team player and contribute to our professional and positive work culture**You will be**
**able to demonstrate the following**:
- An understanding of both the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);- A strong understanding of and live best practice and appreciate that all decisions are child focused;-
- A strong understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework;-
- Ability to prioritise and maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.**You will also need the following**:
- Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services or equivalent;-
- Current First Aid, Asthma/Anaphylaxis;- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;
- All applicants for this role must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process.
