Bubble Tea Maker

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Dual Brand Shop Assistant at our establishment, featuring the renowned brands Kikuchi Sushi and Dessert Plus. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers at both our sushi and dessert shops. Your role will encompass various tasks including customer service, order preparation, cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, whether it be sushi selections or bubble tea and bingsu choices.
- Prepare and assemble sushi rolls and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Craft bubble tea beverages and bingsu desserts, ensuring precise measurements and consistent taste.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide customers with correct change or receipts.
- Assist customers in making informed menu choices, explaining ingredients, and accommodating dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area at all times, including cleaning tables, equipment, and food preparation surfaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service to customers.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, following proper sanitation protocols and guidelines.
- Support promotional activities and special events as required.
- Adapt to the dynamic nature of the role, switching between sushi and dessert preparation seamlessly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and/or bubble tea crafting is a plus.
- Food safety certification is a bonus but not mandatory.
