**FLEET PLANNER**

Location: Rockingham WA

**Salary**: $30 - $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive fleet management program, including maintenance schedules, replacement plans, and asset tracking.
- Manage all aspects of vehicle procurement, including specification development, procurement process, delivery, and disposal.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
- Provide advice and support to Council staff on fleet-related issues.
- Monitor fleet performance and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Essential Trade Certificate in Mechanical Repair of Vehicles including Heavy Plant or Certificate III in Business Administration.
- Proven experience in fleet planning and management, preferably in a local government setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license.
