**About the role**

You will thrive in busy and high-volume environments, and be an experienced and inspirational leader As our client's Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and driving your team and providing world-class service to your customers. In return for your passion and outstanding performance across all key performance indicators, you will be rewarded with a very attractive monthly bonus program and the opportunity to grow your career.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets and supporting actions for store profit
- Manage high stock volume
- Exceptional customer service
- Store presentation and inventory management
- Great written and verbal communication strategies to achieve satisfaction in new deliveries and service/merchandise standards.

**Skills and experience**:

- A proven track record of leadership experience in a sales/retail environment
- Ability to maintain and build positive professional working relationships and high energy level
- Merchandising flair to ensure the store is always looking sharp
- A genuine passion for retail, including staying up to date with trends
- Inspiring your team from the front and by example at every occasion
- Strong sales drive and ability to build a strong repeat business by offering exceptional service
- Detail-orientated and organized when working in a team or autonomously
