**Specific Tasks**:
- Allocation of jobs to Sameday Sub contractors utilising HUBS, PC Despatch and GPS tracking systems.
- Working under pressure in a time sensitive environment
- A focus and attention to detail of job requirements when allocating jobs
- The effective use of all resources to achieve continuous business improvement, while maintaining customer service.
- Assist with collation of data for recording and achieving KPI’s (Service Quality)
- Create an open transparent communication channel with all you deal with, while maintaining Integrity.
- Communicate effectively with other allocators & Q.C. staff to ensure efficient job allocation
- Skills to resolve driver and customer enquiries in a pro-active manner.
- Contribute and strengthen the Fleet by being a team player.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours as per team requirements

- Prompt resolution of customer service enquiries

**Experience/Qualifications**:
- Working knowledge of Dangerous Goods
- Strong written and oral skills, including well developed persuasive ability
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Computer Knowledge of Excel, Word and Lotus notes
- Knowledge of FMS procedures, Scanning and compliance requirements
- Basic knowledge of the Transport industry
- Dangerous goods policy
- Damaged goods handling policy
- Track & trace status codes
- High school qualification
