We are looking for a fitness professional who has proven sales experience, and who is looking to be highly engaged in their role.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- A proven track record of setting, achieving and surpassing LEAD GENERATION and SALES Targets
- Proven success in outreach and community engagement (highly regarded)
- The ability to forward think and plan for success
- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Eye for detail and strong administration skills
- Be a team player and be WILLING to learn and grow with the studio

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexible hours

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prahran, VIC 3181: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Cert 3 & 4 in the fitness industry? (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
