Primary Teacher

Job Title: Tutor at Learning for Excellence

Location: Prestons, Sydney

Schedule: Monday to Friday evenings (maximum 3 days a week), 2-4 hours per day

Description:
Learning for Excellence, a leading tutoring center in Prestons, Sydney, is seeking a qualified primary school teacher or a second to third year student of Bachelor of Teaching Primary to join our team. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality academic support to students ranging from kindergarten to year 6.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified primary school teacher or second to third year student of Bachelor of Teaching Primary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and helping students succeed
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
- Patience and adaptability to meet the needs of individual students

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing personalized learning plans based on each student's strengths and weaknesses
- Providing constructive feedback and support to help students improve their academic performance
- Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to track student progress and address any concerns
- Maintaining a positive and nurturing learning environment for all students

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- No weekends
