**About the role**

A rare opportunity available Our centre is growing and we are currently seeking to expand our team at our exceeding community based centre.

We have an opportunity for Cert 3 Trainee Educators to work and learn on the job who are passionate about being a part of children’s development and everyday learning.

In this role you’ll assist in the supervision and care of children while completing your Certificate 3. At the end of your traineeship, you will have a Cert 3 in Children’s Services.

**About you**

You’ll have a passion for supporting children’s growth and development, while also:

- The ability to communicate effectively with children and families
- Organised, enthusiastic, self-motivated and have effective time management skills
- Good understanding of both Early Learning Framework ( EYLF) and National Quality Standards ( NQS) Experience preferred
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 16-38 per week

**Salary**: $22.25 - $39.71 per hour

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Early childhood education: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

- Australia (required)
