Reporting to the Finance Manager Duties Include:

- Handle a diverse range of transactions: Process, verify, and post receipts for services rendered in multiple currencies, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Master credit card payments: Manage credit card payments from customers efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Solve account discrepancies: Embrace the thrill of resolving account discrepancies and chasing delinquent accounts, maintaining a well-balanced ledger.
- Support clients: Provide top-notch client support, resolving disputes and creating suitable payment plans, building lasting relationships.
- Keep the wheels turning: Process daily payments and receipts in line with bank statements, keeping our financial gears running smoothly.
- Maintain order: Conduct credit checks on new customers, keeping customer files and records meticulously organised.
- Be the invoicing superhero: Issue timely and accurate invoices and statements, ensuring timely payment of outstanding debts.
- Connect the dots: Master bank reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis with precision and accuracy.
- Contribute to success: Assist with month-end closing reports and reconciliations, contributing to our continued growth and prosperity.
- Unleash your analytical skills: Generate Ageing AR reports regularly, providing valuable insights for customer collections.
- Build bridges: Collaborate seamlessly with the broader Finance team, enhancing processes and fostering team spirit.
