**About the Opportunity**

The Learning Program Facilitator is responsible for the delivery of a range of new and existing creative and learning engagement programs, designed for school groups, children, families and communities. Key to this role is ensuring excellent delivery of creative, educational and learning events and activities to the Library's audiences.

The Learning Program Facilitator is accountable for the following measurable outcomes:

- Ensuring effective facilitation and presenting of a range of Library activities, including public programs, workshops, tours, educational and learning events to school-aged audiences, early learners, their families and communities.
- Deliver a seamless end-to-end program experience to engage and educate target audiences, in both online and onsite environments, including coordinating any technical issues relating to online programs.
- Ensure audience engagement through customer service that is timely, accurate and meets audience and community needs.
- Contribute to a process of continuous improvement by resolving operational, technical or program delivery issues, as required.

Contribute to the wider programming team's work to implement feedback and lessons learned into programs for the purpose of an enhanced audience experience.

**About You**

In addition, you will have:

- Qualifications in early childhood, primary or secondary education or equivalent
- Facilitation experience for programs or workshops (preferably in a cultural setting, museum or organisation).
- A successful track record of presenting and facilitating programs to range of audiences from early childhood to school age.
- Demonstrated experience in working with and presenting to diverse audiences.
- Experience utilising administrative tools and software, such as the Microsoft Suite is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children or early childhood audiences (children 0-5 and their carers) in education settings is desirable.
