As a Legal Assistant in the Projects team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a partner in delivering exceptional legal services. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects spanning various industries and jurisdictions, contributing to the success and growth of the practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Projects team, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organising documents;
Assist in the preparation of legal documents, presentations, and reports for client meetings and court proceedings;
Coordinate communication and correspondence between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders;
Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information; and

Complex billing and diary management across multiple time zones.

**About you**:
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative role within a law firm or corporate legal department is advantageous;
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
Previous experience with complex billing and diary management across multiple time zones;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools; and

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
