**About the role**:
We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Trainee receptionist to join our growing team, located at Wayville

The Trainee receptionist supports the day-to-day operations of Community Support’s office environment, administrative systems, and front of house functions. The role works collaboratively within and across teams at Community Support, providing administrative support to senior staff, and plays a key role in the provision of information about available services to clients and members of the public.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Ability to quickly identify the nature of each caller’s enquiry before responding to their specific needs
- Ability to achieve a satisfactory outcome to all enquiries
- Demonstrated computer skill and experience
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team
- Show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences
- Good time management skill, ability to be organised and ability to work to deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Be a self-starter
- Perform all duties with integrity, honesty, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality
- Show enthusiasm, reliability, drive and commitment to the role
