**About the role**

This is an exciting permanent opportunity for a Program Manager to join a highly supportive, well-established team reporting into the General Manager Technology and Delivery As Program Manager you’ll use your expertise in enterprise delivery and complex multi-channel environments to drive the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects and oversee a team of Project Managers to deliver projects for our Dodo, iPrimus and Commander brands.

**What you’ll be doing day-to-day**
- Ensuring Project Plans are developed for each Project and all baseline documents are created in accordance with standards and approved.
- Ensuring that Risks and Issues associated with Projects are appropriately managed and rolled up to Program view.
- Overseeing project resourcing and ensuring project members skills are being effectively utilised on the prioritised tasks and that the project schedule is optimised at all times.
- Leading and mentoring Senior/Project Managers and Project Teams to successfully deliver projects and acting as escalation point and dealing with any critical issues.
- Overseeing Project financials, ensuring that the Senior/Project Manager adheres to financial Project controls and ensuring that Project obligations are delivered, and variations are tracked.
- Maintaining and enhancing Senior/Project Manager quality standards through effective training and mentoring.

**What you'll bring to this role**
- 7+ years’ experience in project delivery coupled with experience in enterprise delivery within a complex multi-channel environment.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP), AGILE or PRINCE2 Certification (advantageous).
- Telecommunications or Energy experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage difficult stakeholders in complex environments and demonstrated ability to deliver quality solutions.
- Outstanding planning skills and the ability to navigate multiple projects with a high amount of complex dependencies, resources, and timing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills coupled with the ability to make decisions and delegate.
- Proven commercial management skills in relation to Contract and Financial Project Management
- Thrive in a dynamic environment and has a flexible mindset.
- Proven knowledge of and strong understanding of Project Management Tools and Methodologies.
