We are currently seeking a talented Workshop Supervisor to join the ARB Ballarat team.

Applicants will possess great mechanical skills and have a sound knowledge of automotive fitting principles, auto electrics and possess a current driver's licence. This position will require you to fit ARB parts and accessories to 4WD vehicles and to manage a team of Accessory Fitters in a busy workshop.

**General responsibilities include**:

- Supervising the fitting of a very broad range of automotive aftermarket accessories to a wide range of both off road and recreational passenger and trade vehicles.
- This will also include a wide and growing range of auto electrical accessories.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely manner, and with the greatest respect for our customer's vehicles.
- Working closely with our branch retail and fleet team, to ensure that all work is carried out on time, and to our customer's expectations.
- Organising regular in service skill training.
- Attending local Shows and Open days as required.
- In doing all of the above, helping the team achieve the stores customer satisfaction, revenue and profit targets.

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Highly developed automotive workshop supervisory skills, including an energetic and inspirational style.
- Well-developed automotive fitting and/or mechanical skills obtained in either a workshop or panel beater.
- Ideally some auto electrical skills or experience.
- Great attention to detail, as we are working on what is in many cases the most expensive asset that our customers will ever buy.
- A very strong customer service ethic, and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- High energy and enthusiasm.
- Ideally the drive and ambition to grow and develop within the business and in time move into other roles such as Branch Manager within the Australian ARB network.
